Joshua has been treating orthopedic injuries in central Pennsylvania since 1999.  He began his private practice in 2005 specializing in rehabilitating injured workers. He believes the most efficient way to rehabilitate is through direct one-on-one treatments from the physical therapist. Most physical therapy clinics operating under the typical health insurance model off load costs by providing treatment using lesser skilled employees with minimal training.  This sometimes leads to extended treatment with suboptimal results.
